Help with Megaman

Well i am pretty sure u can't use gameplay footage it says so in the rules when uploading, BUT i downloaded a video um, Megaman X gonna give it to ya. I think, and it has gameplay footage so is it kinda like they will let it slide aslong as it isn't the whole video being gameplay footage or does it depend on how they are feeling

Read the rules closely and it says it's ok as long as 80%(I believe that's the number they use) of the video is anime.
