Assassins come forth one after another to take her life which was not supposed to be in existence. Shannon and Raquel swore to protect their sister from the wicked hands of the assassins. Later in the series she is captured by the assasins but she is saved by her "brother".

Scapped Princess would be a great anime for such a project. I has a medieval feel to it. An abandoned princess buried into darkness right after birth, she was prophesied to destroy the world at the age of 16. This, though the truth, was forbidden to be spoken by anyone in this country. The so-called "abandoned princess" was in fact, the youngest of the three "Kasull" siblings, by the name of Pacifica.

I have all the episodes of this anime that can be used as source material.

Scrapped Princess eh.... i am intrgued. ko.. i like what i hear. but what about the Hero? there's got to be a hero who sets out to rescue the princess (or damsel or whatever). That is the character that this vid will mostly focus on. their love and what he has to go through to get her back. The battles ( i only need two. one ware he gets very messed up but manages to walks away and the other he more or less wades taking out the baddies only ending mostly unscathed to face the evil one and get his love back.)
i have this most of thing carefully and well thought out and just need the footage (anime) to go with it.

The hero would have to be Pacifica's so called brother, Shannon. Not her true brother but there is sibling love. Scenes of him getting a thrashing but surviving to defend her sister again and again throughout the series. If you have a streamload account I could stream beam the whole series to your account. There is a whole anime community that uses Streamload to share literally hundreds of anime titles. Your account can hold a limitless amount of anime titles. You are only limited on the amount you can download. They have various download packages. I have a 16 gigabytes monthly download limit which costs me $10.50 a month.

Actually...
Then again, there really are a lot of EVA videos already, so whether it would make sense or not might be aside the point.
Other possible "evil protagonists" might include the head of the family in "Fruits Basket" - but good luck with the damsel (Honda-san freaks out a lot, but I don't know as that counts as distress) and incredible odds. FLCL has a somewhat evil protagonist (Haruko), a distressed female (Mamimi at a few points), and a hero boy/robot fighting against incredible odds, but the danger doesn't come from Haruko, it just comes with her.
My best suggestion would be Princess Tutu. It's obscure, but has every one of the elements you mentioned, through multiple possible combinations of chracters and story sections. Being based on woven-together fairy tales and ballet plots it's full of good/evil/distressed damsels (male and female)/brave knights/incredible odds/general fantasy look... and has an evil character who you just have to love and sympathize with in the anime, a seemingly evil character who turns out to be a protagonist, and a hero prince who is twisted by a spell into an evil one for some time leading up to the end of the story. It's been licenced (about a week ago), but there are currently no plans to actually release the DVDs in America (the licence was bought for the manga), so you can only get it as digisubs (which you can get good quality out of if you know what you're doing with the editing/encoding process) right now, but the plot is too perfect for what you're asking for to overlook.
Just get beyond the first few episodes before deciding what you think of it, as it changes dramatically just before the half-way point.
if you really meant "Truely wickedly evil protaginist", I think Ikari Gendo (Shinji's father) from Evangelion fits perfectly (at least if you think of him as a protagonist). The "damsel in distress" would take a little work (either putting Rei in destress caused by Gendo - which wouldn't be that far off, or working with Asuka when she's trapped or overwhelmed), but the "against incredible odds rescues her" woud be pretty easy. Here is the critera i need: a Truely wickedly evil protaginist, a Damsel in distress captured and sevearly threattened by said protaginist, and a hero who against Incredible odds rescues her.

Rose, a few points: yes, i totally agree that MODS are awesome. to this day i cannot fathem why in the hell midi *shudder!* tracks were so very damned proliferant considering their woefully inferior sound quality. *shuder!*
and anhoo, as i stated earlier in this thred one gent braught to my attention that he believed i had ment a "wickedly evil Antaginist".
he was correct at the start of this thred i appearently had unfortuantly confussed the two.
would "Princess Tutu" Still work you believe?[/u]

Even if the voices in my head aren't real, they have some Damn good ideas, you're just jealous because they only talk to me.
