here's a good idea
all ya'll said that i make wrong image of metal with my metal 'recipe'
And i said that your image of rap is fucked up 2
so here's an cool thing
testing if my 'recipe' is right

1.gimme 5 metal songs without screaming
and i'll give yah 5 rap songs without swearing

or here's anotha

2.gimme 5 metal songs with good instrumental(no annoying sounds and great production)
and i'll give yah 5 Rap songs without a 'ruff' instrumental

3.gimme the "ruffest" 5 metal songs you've got
and i'll give yah 5 rap songs that i think r ruff

i'll think of more next
but here is the proof!

What would be the point?
Several people here have given you a very wide range of rock and metal bands based on your demands, and each time they have not been good enough for you.

I think I speak for everyone when I say we're tired of having to justify our musical preferences. I don't care whether 'rap' or 'metal' is better. I don't care which you think is better, either.

It's just fucking music. The genre obsessions are getting pretty fucking annoying over the last month or so. Let it go.

1 - 5 metal songs that aren't screaming, or more like, some bands.

Nightwish, Blind Guardian, Demons & Wizards, Dream Theater, and Symphony X.

2 - 5 metal songs with good insturmental and no annoying sounds with great production, again here with bands.

Nightwish, Symphony X, Dream Theater, Elvenking, and Apocalyptica.

3 - If by "ruff" you mean "rough" as in very heavy, then I got a pretty long list for ya... Well, not pretty long, but it's getting there... But, define your definition of "ruff" cause all I'm finding in my dictionary is an English fish...

I bet $50 you can't do this with anything rap related like I did, with BANDS. Songs is too narrow...

All those bands are different forms of metal, thus, they qualify as METAL.

rap and most metal both suck...some metal is good, but that mindless stuff has nothing going for it. no rap is good at all, dem blacks moneyz and hoez, worst song topics ever.....then, why must we hear songs about them over and over. i swear, if snoop dogg says his name in one more song....i wont do anything, but he needs to stop. rappers are so self absorbed its not even funny. "IM RICH, WOOOOO, IM FROM TEH STREETS WOOOO....."

I agree with everything you said, except the part dissing Metal.

Rap is mostly "i did her, smoked this, drank a few 40's and sold some weed." I just don't listen to rap, and when it comes on, on go the headphones blasting Blind Guardian's "Live" CD from 2003. Anything but rap...

This stuff needs to stop. NOW.

It's just as bad as those religion debates.
It ends up going nowhere and everyone walks away feeling stupid and angry.

Like what music you like and just keep it to yourself, unless you find one with similar interests and the both of you can get along, then it's ok.
