Actually, after reading through the last few chapters of Bram Stoker's Dracula, it appears that Count Dracula is not killed, but simply banished. And besides that, when people right stories that has something to do with a previous work, history, ect. they tend to take some liberties with the story and change things to fit their artistic vision. And even then, besides that, if I remember correctly, Alucard is far to old to be a "reincarnation".
