I know what copyrights are
I understand them as well as international ones (the ints. a bit anyway)
I'm understanding what your saying that it is illegal to do such a thing
I understand people can face consequences for doing such a thing.
And I also understand saying that it goes against the law of copyrights but what I'm trying to say is that unless people actually get sued for such a thing they won't give a shit nor give it a second though.
Thats why its better to say its against the rules so that they understand they will be banned or whatever.
That is what I'm saying and if you don't understand you a moron buddy O_o

DBZ sucks now. its the same plot over and over. big strong guy comes and threatens to take over the universe, and its up to goku/gohan to stop it. its so stupid.

What do you mean it sucks "now" ? Even GT ended in 1997. Just because you suddenly stop liking it doesn't mean it starts sucking :P.
