A LA Yu-Gi-Oh?

Has anyone heard anything about a live action Yu-Gi-Oh coming out? Because earlier tonight while at work (a movie theater) I was checking the release date page, and a movie entiled simply "Yu-Gi-Oh" was slated for an August fourteenth release.

it's probly like the pokemon movies. old anime movies just coming out over here.
