need some help...

I'm trying to export a video to my DV camera. I did it before to send Mitternacht to AX last year. Now it doesn't seem to work. When i try it the DV camera says No Signal while its recording. I don't really remember what i did last year to get it to work. So does anyone have any ideas? I tried an other program other then premiere to do this and that had the same result.
