Damm. Lost my models in a hard drive crash, as well as the final render of this particular one. This was part of a 3dfightclub challenge some time ago. Originally meant to be just a representation I couldn't resist the urge to animate it and do a little tweaking.

The arms never finished on this one, but it did transform to an armless version of Gerwalk mode. This inferior shot is from a test animation that I rendered out and found whilst going through some older stuff at work.
Also this one doesn't have any of the final textures, or fancy lens options turned on. (still looking for the finished one)

You just need a program that can resample the image instead of doing a basic resize. Preferably using the Lanczos resize algorithm.

An example is the program IrfanView.

3d art is one realm this adventure will never enter:)

I like the way 3-d art looks, but I took a class on 3-d modelling for a semester and discovered that I hate the physical process of making 3-d art, I just enjoy hands-on art a lot more, whether it's only holding a pencil or paint brush or something more tactile like weaving or sculpting. I wish I could make beeswax models and put them into a 3-d scanner of some sort which woud turn them into 3-d models for me so I could skin and animate tham - that would be awesome!
