Problem with your Pledge Requests

I've donated to you and my account has been updated to reflect that. I can use the local downloads, search by star average, and I have all other benefits that donating brings.

However...

I am frequently frustrated when I search for videos or attempt to download a video and have the pledge drive page appear. The page itself says "Donate and never see this message again". Well, I've donated, and I still have to hit "Proceed" several times as I search and download videos. Please fix this.

Hey,

If you download the same video more than once, the message will appear during subsequent downloads of the same vid.

But what if you didn't dl the same vid? (This has happened to me as well.)

Clear your cookies? It hasn't ever happened to me. Before you assume that you haven't downloaded it before check your "My Downloads" page. I've downloaded videos and completely forgot I ever had them.

I admit, it has happened when I go to download the same vid more than once. However, It also happens from time to time when I download a new vid. Also, it seems that if I access my account from a computer other than my own, it will sometimes not reflect the donation by not allowing me to search by star average.

I don't delete my cookies and there aren't any vids that I have downloaded and forgotten about. My account is too new to for me to be at that point yet

What he meant was, try clearing your cookies. More explicity, log out of the site, then clear your cookies, then log back in. That will usually clear up weird issues like this.
As far as problems on other peoples computers, make sure that you are logged in under your username when you are trying to search.

You must make sure that you are logged into the main site and not just the forum. The logins are seprate. Sorry for the confusion.

No, that doesn't work. It happens to me as well. I also have to keep logging on to get to the members main page, it can't 'remember'. And that's all happened for a while now.
