B)Have downloadable fansubs (Already relesed IE. Inuyasha)
C)A file sharing site MAINLY focesed on answer A
D)All of the above
And my next question would be witch of these anime are Illegal to Download Not moraly?

But to answer the second part of your question, the difference between 'gray area' illegality and 'sure-as-fuck' illegality is whether or not a show is licenced in this country.
