Help me with this idea! Distance M-flo mix...

Hi! I'm new on these forums. I've been making videos using Windows Movie Maker for a while now, but I haven't made an anime one yet. All of my videos have been music videos.

SO, I was going to try making one from the song "Distance, m-flo remix" by Utada Hikaru. For those of you that haven't heard it, it starts out normally as the song would for a few seconds, then slows down. After that, it sorta has a held out noise, then a lady says, "Welcome aboard Global Astroliner" and it is followed by 2-0.5 second vocal parts of the original song, but in the backround, there is a melody and common progression through the song.

So I was thinking to have different clips at each part where it changes phrases. I don't know what anime to do though, or what types of effects I should use, or if there are any other programs that might be better to use.

So, I'm mostly asking if anyone thinks that it might be a good idea, and if they would like to suggest an anime that fits to the song, or if they know where I can get a better program.
