Hey, those threads have me posting on me for about the first two pages, then two other people start an argument. 6 pages later, I post again, and the whole thing gets blamed on me.

You seem intent on the opinion that the only thing I want to do is imitate Koop. While I would certainly like to make effects like Koop(and I'm slowly discovering how. My brain works in weird ways), I also do want to make something different.

Then again, if we make ANY vid that makes VotY, aren't we just like Koop anyawys?

Look at the top three vids for all the VCA, and tell me how different they are from each other?

Buddy, you're a good editor, right? Try working in post production for... what is it now? almost eleven years?... Get yourself trained in it. Get certified to work an avid. Get Adobe certified. Cut yourself films, music videos, commercials, whatever. Get paid to do it. Love it, know it, study it, master it. Become award winning and get invited to film festivals. You think you're the shit, Mr. Awesome Editor.

Then make an AMV and get opinions from kids that started editing on their daddy's computer yesterday say you know jack shit about "timing," (when that isn't even a term people use in post, rather, something that became popular on a website), or effects, or that you don't rip DVD so it doesn't look as good even if you do, EVEN IF YOU FOLLOW THE FUCKING GUIDE JUST TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS EVEN THOUGH YOU'RE A MAC USER THEN YOU COLOR CORRECT THE FOOTAGE USING A BROADCAST VECTORSCOPE people will still give you a 4 on quality because they don't like you, they don't like your song choice, they don't like your show, they want to show they know SOMETHING, (the best) they don't think you belong on the top 10, or any other arbitrary thing people want to complain at you about.

That's when you realize it doesn't fucking matter. People are assholes. There will always be a complaint, even from people who really don't know what the fuck they're talking about.

How do you become popular? Know how to play the audience (real world, con audience). Simple as that. If you play a con audience right, they'll flock to your video.

Isn't topic like this saying the same over and over and over again? I'm quite assured that you yourself Pyle should work on the video without caring for stuff like this. Why do you make such topics in the first place? If you were going to make something like Euphoria 2 you totally blew it when you made it so official and made numerous topics upon it where you're just gonna get second thoughts and might even get disscouraged. You should've "ninja everything in the night"

without making such a rumble. I honestly think that if you had just been patient enough, worked hard, took time and made that Euphoria 2 it could actually made a blast and might even reach half of the original Euphoria's popularity. Of course, you can't just have effects like Euphoria's, you need to have a very catchy song, good dramatic theme and great clip choice. You should've figure that out by now

I think the making of Euphoria 2 is now at a good hand of being flammed simply because you made such a big deal out of it. Of course, everyone'll say you that they don't want it and that they want something original. If you hadn't been so loud mouthed you might not have given them material for that. I personally'd love something like Euphoria again, but not the exact copy:?.

Then I'll be alone, talking with you guys happily, then some guy who remembers me from the last topic will bring it up, thereby starting the argument. Then, as I defend myself, somebody else starts in on me to.

Equation started. Godix+Flint = Death to Pyle(x2)

Then as I try and defend myself from their accusations, somebody else shows up to.

Trythil+Godix+Flint= Death to Pyle(x3)

Average it out

Blame(x3) + Death to Pyle(x3) = Everybody hates Pyle

I wasn't the one who made such a big deal out of it. I was actually perfectly content to let the topic go with 'star scale mistakes', but you guys brought it up again. And now I get the blame again. Ho-hum.

But alas, you may rejoice. Starting now, I won't be posting until I get the video I talk about so often, finished. Everyone feel good and happy

Don't worry, you aren't alone. He forgot dwchang as well. I don't see much of a difference between telling someone to STFU in your own words and using a quote to tell someone to STFU. So even though he didn't blame you, you're still invited to the 'Death to Pyle victory party'. BYOB.

I also find it interesting that I got listed even though I was basically saying I thought he was right even though I disagree with his goal.
