www.google.com

Vlad is most likely right, but there are probably many versions of that song done by different bands.

Sorry for double post, but you can also try www.musicmademe.com , www.azlyrics.com , or if it's metal, www.darklyrics.com

Hmmm, trying to make azulmagia happy? :P

Anyways, I'm pretty sure that's it, as she mentioned hearing it off GTA: VC's Emotion radio station, and the link I provided takes you to the GTA:VC Emotion Radio OST, it even has a sample of the song in question so bum can listen to it and see if it is the one.

May I suggest the version of the song by the Scandinavian band To/Die/For? That version rocks to no end.

Would that be it?
Since no one said it for certain

That is the song. Someone made Kenshin AMV out it. (Surprise surprise)

There's also a more dancey mid-90's "Latin Freestyle" version of the song with a bass beat, hard synths, and a boy band-esque male singer, done by a band called Intonation (featuring French-Canadian vocalist Joee De Simone).

Sounds like something Stevie B would have done, and the genre itself is not to be confused with the other "freestyle" that involves spontaneous free-form rapping.
