Well...I'm always up for proliferation of mecha AMVs...
Animes I've got on-hand to work with in the vein of mecha:
Mobile Suit Gundam (0079)
Gundam 0080
Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz SE
G Gundam (assorted eps)
Aura Battler Dunbine
Macross Plus
and
Shin Getter Robo vs Neo Getter Robo (tech. super robot, but I digress)

If you don't mind my asking, which videos did you check? Because if you looked at the Endless Waltz vid...buddy, did you pick the wrong example...even I admit that's in sore need of being redone (I did that in part on a whim, as a result, the coding is horrendous)
If you're looking for one with action sync, I'd suggest d/ling Mobile Suit Gundam: Nemesis...footage is far better (the glitches there mainly coming again from my slips in coding), and from reviews, it scored pretty well in terms of action sync
Just figured it couldn't hurt to point out
(Either way really...just wanted to make sure you viewed the majority of the work, and not just the one with the most familiar title)

Well that was better than I expected. I'll confer with some of the other people involved and get back to you. In the meantime...
