Hey my computer didn't explode.

Anyways, if it was a fluke, it was still a damn good fluke.

Roxio vido 7 doesn't have a 'layer' process (sadly). So I can't really play one clip over another unless I use the overlays. So if I want to play 3 clips at once, I have to

1. Make a black bar overlay and place it over the first clip

2. Reimport the video

3. Create another overlay and put it in place over that clip.

4. Reimport the video

5. Create another black box overlay

6. Reimport the video

7. Add the last clip.

There we go, that is as close to layers as you can get. I've been trying to pirate After Effect for some time now, but all I have is a miserable 56k.
repeat those steps ten fold and u got parts of euphoria :/

We'll I'm glad I know that, but how did you acheive the moving Sepia's and Greytone's at 1:00? Was it clever image moving or something?

Hey Koop, I think he wants to remaster your video for you.

Pyle.... if you haven't guessed... almost everyone here has basically said:
"There are lots of ways to the same end, just figure out what works for you."
Build a man a fire, and he will be warm for a night. Set a man on fire, and he will be warm for the rest of his life.

For the love of god quite trying to make other peoples videos. Make your own thing and be happy with it.

If people spent as much time thinking about their videos as they did effets. There would be alot less crappy videos.
This has no relevence to the discussion above it

Holy crap whats with you people. :x

If someone climbed to the top of Mt. Everest, then came back down, wouldn't you want to know how he did it?

I just want to know how to do it. If Koop can make effects like those with a program like that, then I can too.

I put a lot of effort into my videos. I have to because the programs I use don't support those master effects, so you get a plain video that has nothing but clips. You have to make the clips look awesome to get good feedback on it.

If I had some pimpin effects, my job would be easier (and a lot more fun) because I could make the viewer have fun with the flashy spots instead of the meaning.

You don't need good effects to get 'ideal' feedback.

True, true, but you get a lot more publicity.

I can post some examples if you want.
