Please help to choose an ovarlay solution

I need an PC overlay card having some propertives:
- component input and output
- overlay text and graphic
- video capture
- optional funtion: chromakey
- and the price is about $2000-$2500

Please help me to choose the most suitable card. Thanks a lot.

You might want to ask this elsewhere. Are you doing pro video editing or something? AMVs are usually amateur affairs, usually created by poor teenagers & college students... ~_~

I hope it's not for an AMV, because that would be one costly expenditure for an AMV...
