i wanted to do one of "Valentine" with Faye footage but im ass lazy.

i saw her at Fletcher's on saturday, she puts on a frickin great show by herself. it was a cd release party for Lemonade Live, so i picked that up, and got a shirt...and free stickers!

she was playing some slow song (its on the 3rd album, which i dont have, so i dont know the name) and i started headbanging (:p) and she looked right at me and said "hold on a second, ill give you something to headbang to" (it turned out to be a "solo," she started going "bum bum bum," it was funny...you had to be there)

my god, second best thing that ever happened to me.

I wish I could've been at that show... but thanks to you, I randomly went to her website again (which I haven't been to in months) and discovered she's coming to Charlotte in two weeks - yeah for me! So I finally get to see her live myself.

As far as the video idea thing goes, I toy with, off and on, doing FLCL to Mada Hari.

Hah, and my idea brings the circle to completion with Mata Hari to Faye footage. Valentine was a good concept too, and I felt that the lyrics of Mata Hari just worked out better.

well i had that idea before i knew she did a second album, i have "blue skies over Dundalk," not "Blue skies forever," so i didnt know about mata hari.

hell yes it's good. obviously it's a live album, and live albums are always fun. theres 10 songs, 3 of them new (they all kick ass), and its about twice as long as any of her other albums.
