When is the Video of the Week thing going to be up?

I was wondering when is the org going to start the video of the week thing up. Or have its own top 20 amv countdown.

You can see that now, kinda, by looking at the past weekly star scale records as it just looks at the votes that week.

It isn't allowing me to view previous weeks ratings. Only the current. AD I was wondering if there is a way that you could link all of the videos to the Star Avg Scale and when we click on edit videos we can see where our video is rated by any chance.

See, back in the day when the 'Video of the Week' thing was added to the To Do list (seems like forever ago), I was figuring it'd be a video that is chosen by the site staff to be featured every week, and not just the 'most popular video of that week'.

I think it'd work better to have it be hand-picked (kind of like how RVP used to do their '<a href="http://www.randomvariable.net/thereview.php">The Review</a>' section). Would add more of a personal feeling to the site, rather than having it simply be one big database. Other things I think we could is do staff columns about AMV's, anime, video editing, etc. The closest thing we've come to this is the Interviews section, which was kind of short-lived, but quite neat indeed.

Ah well, kind of got OT, but it's stuff I've been thinking about for a while.

So why are only able to view the 1st page of previous weeks and not the others than. I want to see what happend in the past with some of my vids.

Technically you still can. You just need add this to the following of the urls

Code: Select all

&page=n

Where n equals the page number starting with zero.

Example: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... 004&page=1

And I know it shouldn't be necessary to do this. I think the code got screwed up when Phade fixed a different star scale bug when the new year rolled around.
