Re-submitting a video

can i upload a better quality video. Because when i first uploaded my first video i didnt know what i was doing and its a .wmv file. i want to submit it in a better quality. can i do this???

Put in a deletion request, I think.

Yes. Put in a video deletion request and say that you want to only delete the local file. We'll delete it for you... eventually...

so if i put in the request do i upload the redone video right then or do i need to wait for the deletion. and will my opinions and star rating for the video be lost?

You wait for it to be deleted. Then you upload the new version. None of the star ratings or opinions are lost. They even remain when the database entry is removed (unless that was changed).
