Ghibli Problems -___-

Unfortunately for me, I struck a great idea a while back and have been trying to attain some Ghibli movies in Anamorphic but to no avail (Damn you, Disney!!). On a tight budget, I tried to see how my old HK Ghibli box set looked in terms of 16:9. Sadly, all of them were (as it looked) just full screen but with the original video shrunken (I'm still wondering what the hell they did to it to make it look like that.... &_&).

I'm in need of Nausicaa and Whispers of the Heart in 16:9. Does anyone know where I can get these? Hopefully ones that are decently priced? ^^;;;;

The cheapest way to get these are to get the official R3 HK releases. They are in many ways similar to the Japanese releases (including being anamorphic and having English subtitles).

dddhouse.com stocks both movies you are after. Don't be alarmed, prices are in HK dollars not US dollars

P.S. Each disc is 18 US dollars according to current exchange rates - that's before shipping which if you use airmail wont be much.
