And in Canada, they banned hats. Again. :?
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

And in America, Congress passed another stupid law....

(I just wish this was a joke. That's about all they seem to do.)

By the way Willow, I think the 'fish' part is mostly French and the day has no reference to fish in most English countries, afaik

Still, I'm all for it.

We could use some good seafood :)

Hell
We say "April fish" here and we use to stick paper-made fishes on the back of people...

Uh, sorry for my lack of culture ... how do you call that, then... April's fools, or fools' day, or something like that ? Does it have a name ?

Hum, something fishy...

Heh, yea, it's just April Fool's day.

I've just enlightened myself as far as the French view of it today, and I like the theme choice. All the practical things you can do with fish

Actually, in Canada on the 31st (so it was too early for an April Fool's joke) the Federal Court of Appeal ruled that file sharing doesn't infringe copyright. Now, it only applies to music (not video - the critical difference is that there's the Blank Media Levy to legalize personal copying of music), there were other reasons to overturn the case (so if the record companies get their act together and present their evidence properly, they might be able to win in the future) and it's still subject to appeal... but just for the moment, it looks like file sharers are in the clear. Search Google News for "CRIA" (Canadian Recording Industry Association, the RIAA's slimy pulsating schoolgirl-raping Canadian tentacle) to read about it.
