I know this is an anime forum but I noticed that it is also ok to discuss anime type video games so I wanted to see if anyone had heard of a game called Magna Carta? Or does anyone know if and when it will be introduced into the US? Any help would be great!

Accoring to the board at http://cgi.gamefaqs.com/boards/gentopic.asp?board=33844, they're bringing over a game that's based on Magna Carta. I'm not familiar with it myself, but you can find more details there.
