Bug: "Failed sending email"

Has anyone else hit "Submit" on a recent post and gotten a screen saying "Failed sending email" instead of "Your message has been entered successfully"? I've encountered this twice in the past day.

However, when I reloaded the thread, I saw that my posts had been added normally.

Nope. Perhaps Phade or one of the other admins likes your comments so much they want to be notified everytime you post?

Yea, I think this might have something to do with the notification system. Nothing for me, either, but I bumped into it on other forums. Just don't watch any threads for now, and see if it goes away by itself eventually or something...

I never watched any threads to begin with.
