Ok I was listening to "Happiness is Not a Fish You can Catch" by Our Lady Peace, a great album by the way... and I thought wow the lyrics to Annie could really be used well to make an Eva video about Rei, and depending upon how you match the video up to the lyrics you could definitely make a video unique video.... anyways here are the lyrics...

Well the Black Monarch makes an astute observation, part of what I intended.
Also, I think that aside from fitting Rei quite well.. this song would give Rei a voice more independent than most videos. Instead of being an object to be viewed, acted upon, or used like most of the Eva series tends to suggest is Rei's role by using these lyrics seriously you can kind of turn this idea on its head and show that while she may be under a kind of control her "destiny/whatever" is an active part of herself and she knows it.
Yeah I don't have the time, abilities, programs, etc. you name it to make videos at the current time and probably won't for years if that... so I'll probably continue making these suggestions cause I think they could be worthwhile if someone actually spends the time to do it.
