I don't know if everyone knows this or not but there is an all anime cable station and if you go to this link you can petition your cable company to carry this channel http://www.theanimenetwork.com/index.html

I read somewhere that ADV wants to havd The Anime Network all over the USA by the end of the year.

They might want to try getting other companies to let them show their series, if they haven't already.
