new vid on the block question

yay! one of my videos finally made that list.

but I'm curious, what criteria does a video meet to wind up on that list? I've always been curious. or is that info listed somewhere that I didn't see?

The list shows the video that has been most recently put on the database AND most recently been uploaded.

It's a mixture of the two, so if you entered the video info a very long time before you do the upload you wont feature on the NVOTB list.
