Man, last year I booked my room.. 2-3 months before.. And it was for a single. But when I get there, I asked for a double and they gave me one...

Just to demystify things a little bit: I called the hotel yesterday and they are actually booked... because AWA booked all the rooms

If you mention AWA you can still get a room at the convention rate... the hotel looks sold out if you try the web though

So essentially if you book as an AWA Member or convention goer, you can still get a room right? That's the same with ACen.

Yeah, I thouhgt it was strange as I only booked recently too.

Follow the instructions on the AWA website - if booking online you need to use this year's convention code.
