Are you looking for the original TV series, or the mid-90s two-part OVA series?

All of those titles should still available on VHS, though to my knowledge GE 999 only has a cut-down dub (and a stinky one it is, too).

In fact, look here.

And here for GE 999, both films, on VHS dubbed.

Amazon also has Gaiarth on VHS.

You're welcome.

Shoot. The links don't work... the information is still good. You can get all those titles on VHS from Amazon, and Devilman can be had on DVD from there.

So far as I know, there has never been a domestic release of the Devilman TV series, and there may never be.

You'll have to make do with the OVAs or spending an exorbitant amount of cash getting the Japanese laserdiscs.

I don't know if there's enough of a fan base out there to make it worthwhile to have them on Kazaa or a similar P2P service.
