are you applying any effects or speed changes on the clips that do that? that may be the problem.

well that must be the problem then cause this time i exported it without the adjusted speed and it came out fine. i dont know why it does that shakyness during the speed adjustments. is there a way to get around that or no??

My video comes out fine when I change the speed... maybe someone else could help you though...
If you don't get an answer, try going to the vegas forum at creativecow.com and ask there.

Didn't realize this thread was about Vegas. My experience with speed changes is that speed increases seem to always work, but slowdowns are mixed. With some clips it works, with others it doesn't. Sometimes a small amount of slowdown is ok, but other times too much is too much.

In general, Smart Resample or Force Resample should be active for the clip when it is slowed down.
