Of course, I might also add that the f-ers at Harmony Gold are doing all they can to block all Macross from coming to the US.

They did block a US release of the Macross PS Game frome coming over (I have the Japanese Import)

They fought a legal battle with Manga over Macross Plus (trying to claim copyright!! Can you imagine)

Now Harmony Gold is working to block Macross Zero from coming to US.

I have the hate for Harmony Gold and all things Robotech.

Yeah, I have a 1/60 scale VF-1S Strike Valkyrie from DYRL. It's fully transformable and you can remove the FAST packs. Picked it up at A-Kon last year for $95. I got his instead of a 1/48 scale high detail VF-1A that was $150.

But... how can they claim copywright? Wouldn't that be like Fox claiming that since they butchered cardcaptors that they own the Sakura movies too?

Believe me... that kind of crap is always goiong on...

TSR had released an Indiana Jones role-playing game and tried to copyright the word "Nazi"!!

However... I am not joking. Harmony Gold claims they have the rights to certain Macross terms because of their US release of ROBOTECH...

and there was almost a court battle between then and Manga...

which is why there was a gap of almost a year between VHS Macross Plus Vol 3 and VHS Macross Plus Vol 4.

Animego wants to bring over the Macross Movie (Love do you Remember) and they've been struggling for years to get rights to that...
