This is a pretty unique topic.. hmm.. the only grin that i can recall is this one dud ein Cowboy Bebop.. He was an insane man whos mind was still a child or something.. anyways.. He had a creepy smile.. Hated it..

That's Mad Pierrot. The way he 'cracks' his teeth makes me cringe, heh.

And here's a better pic of the Knives grin in my avatar. The way he goes from surprised to downright psycho is the spookiest thing I have ever seen in anime.

The winner definitely has to be Majin Vegeta...
i can't find the pic but if you've seen DBZ, you'll know what I mean...(remember the tournament scene after blowing up 100's of people...

now that is a freaky smirk, even more freaky in motion...
