Help for a newbe - Dazzle 100 Digital Video Creator

This is my first ever forum posting. But when you call the 800 number of your tech support and they are bankrupt, what is a girl to do?

This is propably a very basic question. I cannot get the set up software to load through the installshield. I get hung up at the serial number entry. It takes the name, company name and I put in the serial number on the back of the device. After clicking next, I get a severe error pop up message saying "Key is not Valid".

Is there any help out there? I am sure once I get this loaded in I can manuvere my way through. Even with an unsupported product. I just need to get it loaded.

It probably wants the serial number of the software, not the device itself. The software s.n. will be on the CDROM, or on the registration card, or in the manual.
