Anyway, back to the topic. Has anybody ELSE seen Galaxy Express?

i saw some of it on the sci fi channel but had to stop after i couldn't slap that short idiot for starting lots of sh!t and making whatever girl was with him take care of it i mean the guy did lots of stuff but didn't have the strength to acually do it from what i saw. he's nothing nobody he would lose in a real one on one fight without help froma train or whoevers ridding it. if i'm thinking of the wrong anime plz tell me cause i would hate to insult an anime unless it deserved it. like this one did. you said in one of your other posts you liked berserk right. how could galaxy express 999 even be on the same level as such a bitchin anime. how can you in good concience put it above berserk? i know i'm into berserk alot but i defintitly know that something as simple as a real fight, not even an anime series but one anime fight, could surpass what i saw as galaxy express 999. thats just my opinion.

having said that, i did see GE 999, it was very entertaining (if u can stand the animation of tetsuro for 2 hrs.) i'd say it was a great anime movie.

Hi peoples! GE 999 was the very first anime I ever saw and I LOVED IT! That was a good 12 years ago on sci-fi's saturday anime. That's what got me hooked on anime and it'll always be #1 in my book. Like someone said earlier, the animation style is something that you grow up with, so I don't really mind anyone ragging on it, but you have to give Matsumoto credit for still doing anime today. (He's really old!

) I also warn fans that Matel Legend is not as good as it seems, but if you're willing to pay the $25 for it, go ahead. The storyline seemed to me a little off as a prequel to GE 999, but maybe its just me

I bought DNA Sights 999.9 at AX this year, but I haven't even watched it yet

And I couldn't stand the dubbed Harlock Saga at AX either. MUST WATCH SUBBED! And has anyone else seen GE 999: Adieu? I didin't think it was very good, but only my opinion. I would like to type more, but I'm tired, so if anyone else likes GE 999 and wanna talk more about it, please e-mail me cause I can never find fans. Thanks ^_^ No hate mail please. I like all anime (except H). 8)

Ok, I DO respect your opinion, but Sci-fi channel? what are the chances of THAT!? Also, you seem to be a big berserk fan. Do you know any really good Berserk AMV's at this site?

as good as berserk is there arent many good amvs of it cause their isn't much slow time for parts of songs that aren't fast paced playing but i have seen some good ones the "my own savour" is good i think it's on this site. i have made 2 amvs both using berserk but only one used exclusivley berserk clips, look for it on kazaa cause i havn't the budget to host my own. it's called berserk- super beast. <---:spoiler warning:the other is called what a day and i recemend it to anyone who likes good amv's. oh and theirs one i think is good it's to the fight song, marylin manson. the best i seen has to be the with you vid by feanor he did an excelent job with the editing and timing. other than that i havn't seen any really bitchin' berserk vids. it's good material but you need alot of it to do it right and i'm running out of room on my pc or else i'de have done it long ago.

Yeah, I have the 'my own savior' one. That ones great. And I also have 'the fight song' one that one's cool too. I'll check out that 'with you' one.
