If you ask me I say that Inuyasha was a major cliff-hanger yesterday morning

I mean, Inuyasha say"O next time I might come after you Kagome" but there is no Next time. and they only show up to the end of the 3d season!

I doubt it'll come to that- Inuyasha probably won't ever need to use his full demon form if he can learn to use the Tetsuiga easily, as he's supposed to in the next episode. Don't worry, I'm sure Kagome will be OK!
(I've only seen it on TV too, so don't worry about spoilers from me...I don't know!)

no no no no, thats not what I mean. I woke up at 3:00am to watch Inuyahsa this morning and it turned out to be the first episode! I was really disappointed.

Yeah, for some weird reason adult swim is one episode behind. Normally they end their series on a thursday or a tuesday. They must have had an anime in the group that had an odd number of episodes that threw it off, like Reign (13 eps) or maybe lupin. So for some strange reason, they aired episode 52 on monday (technically tuesday am). If I was just new to the series I would have assumed there to be a new episode on tuesday night too, instead of the first episode again. However, adult swim didnt goof, 52 episodes is all they have right now. When they got new episodes more recently, last october, it took the series from where it had previously ended (36) all the way to episode 52. No new episodes have come out since then, even the DVDs arent past that point.

Dont worry though, because starting SATURDAY (make a mental note; SATURDAY), April 24th, adult swim will begin showing new episodes of Inuyasha back to back (2 episodes per adult swim showing). Check the other thread in Episode Discussion Forum for more details.
