I would have to say the most halirous video is The Fanservice Video by Zarzax. Then the most unique video is Elvis vs. Anime.

Actually his Doujin Addict video that I just downloaded today came to mind first when I read the topic, myself...AD's "I Wish I Was A Lesbian" also comes to mind though...
