I'm on a school connection, so if I'm operating on a wireless card AIM can be picky as to who it lets me connect to, but it's usually no problem if I can get onto the hard line in my office (read, it may take a try or two, but chances are I can get it to you)
I'm a little confused by what you mean by 'better TV version' though. If the rest of your footage is interlaced, then you would be best served if I sent you interlaced footage. If you're using downloaded raws or deinterlaced footage though, I'll run a filter on my VOBs to deinterlace the stuff and give you footage that will match the frames per second of what you're already working with so that your video will be one consistent product...
