VCA Category descriptions

Where are they any more? ...and why aren't they on the voting page with the categories themselves? (suggest a category is NOT a good place for these to reside solely)

This seems to be a problem when everyone is all hyped up about "be sure you base your decision on the description"

Yeah I pointed Flux there last night, but I think what he means is somewhere on the voting page. We keep emphasizing that people should pay attention to the categories and watch all the videos, but most of us know that they won't go out of their way to go find the descriptions.

Is it possible to put it on the voting page somewhere? It might look really crowded space-wise, but might be worth it.
