ZOE Game
I had just popped in my new Computer Games Magazine demo cd, and noticed a wallpaper for a game called Zone of the Enders: The Second Runner. Now aside from seeing that it will have a cool looking mech suit thingy, I know nothing else aside from the game's existence.

I remember my cousin rented the first ZOE game and I played it for a few hours. At first, I was like "OMFG THIS IS THE COOLEST GAME EVER". And all was good. About the time I made it past the first boss though, things started feeling repetitive, getting boring. It makes a great first impression but I don't know if it has much lasting appeal. From what I heard, the 2nd game wasn't improved much in this respect.
And I thought the anime sucked, but maybe thats just me.

I hate those kinds of games that leave u with a good feeling in the beginning then it gets boring and almost pointless during the rest of the game. Some anime series are like that too, im just glad i havent been through any of those types of series ... lucky me ...Zarxrax wrote:I remember my cousin rented the first ZOE game and I played it for a few hours. Re: ZOE Game
I have Zone of the Enders and The 2nd Runner. I haven't gotten extremely far in The 2nd Runner, but I've beaten Z.O.E. (one) many times. All I can say is that it's a great game engine. The game play is really good. The first game had kind of a cheezy plot (or maybe it was just the voices that where cheezy) but the game play makes up for it. It definetly didn't degrade down the line for me, there were more things they could have done with it, but what they did was good (and the 2nd one does go into more stuff)J-0080 wrote:I had just popped in my new Computer Games Magazine demo cd, and noticed a wallpaper for a game called Zone of the Enders: The Second Runner. Look at all my trials and tribulations
Sinking in a gentle pool of wine.
Don't disturb me now, I can see the answers
'Till this evening is this morning, life is fine.
