moniter on the fritz?

moniter on the fritz?
i have this old moniter i use on my other comp and it flashes every 5min or so like it turns off real quick and turns back on iv tried hooking it up to 2 diff cards and it dose it on both so im wondering it its the moniter or the agp slot on the mobo

lol well i was sorta hopeing it would be the moniter coz if it dies my mom will buy me a 17inch lcd and take my 17inch crt for herself so its a good thing

My monitor used to do that right before it died. A good whack on the side kept it going just a while longer. Then one day it just made a loud whine and died a glorious death. Sparks and smoke. Go for the new LCD, but warn your mom that she probably does not ever want to be in physical contact with the monitor while it is in use.
