and if you like insane comedy like FLCL think about getting Excel Saga

Though some people don't like Excel so you might wanna rent it or d/l an episode or 2 before buying it.

Hmm based on what you listed, something to add besides Cowboy Bebop and Ruroune Kenshin, would be:

- Record of Lodoss OVA
- Record of Lodoss Wars Chronicles of the Heroic Knight.
