well considering that most of the anime it seems you watch is what the US has released on primetime TV (or butchered and THEN released) i can see how you would hold dbz up so high, heck so did i when i first started watching anime, dbz and a soccer anime called 'Super Campiones' or sumtin like that were the world to me!
but when you start seeing the stuff that is UNreleased, you start seeing just now beautiful anime can be
my cousin sees those shows you listed, of them all, i've seen the first two seasons of Pokemon (pleez nobody stab me), the first two/three possibly seasons of digimon (better than pokemon) and first two eps of medatbots... just couldn't take it any longer, and as for beyblade.... i'd rather not go there, my cousin is a big fan of this show and i'd rather not get ideas on how to bash him.
try watching bebop, it's a pretty easy show to get into and it's average length (26 eps and a movie i believe) good anime it is.
