The dark antagonist from Tenshi ni Narumon was able to pull a close win off the perky cat-girl from Ruin Explorers. I like both characters very much, but Silky is a much more complicated and much more interesting character in my book. As I have said, people have their various reasons, well... those were the reasons I voted for Silky. In this first pair, my choice happened to be the winner. Silky will be moving on to Round 2.

Wow! Rain was able to crush the martial arts star from Asuka 120%. Just goes to show that fighting hand to hand in a Gundam is better than fighting without one! However, some felt that Torami looked like a guy and I can't argue that call too much. I've been voting more on personality over looks, but Rain wins in both catagories as far as I'm concerned. Rain moves on to the next round.

If you've been looking at the numbers, you'll see that 10 to 7 is actually pretty close compared to some of the other pairs. I voted for Kim because I happen to love the Irresponsible Captain Tylor as a show and I just know Kim's character better than Kanna (not knowing Idol Defense Force Hummingbird at all, really). Still, Kanna was able to pull off the victory and so she moves on to the next round.
