Anime Endings
Don't you just hate it when an anime ends that you think is the best. I was thinking about it today after watching the last ep of Wolf's Rain (or sorta last ep as i found out there was another four released by Bones last month
). It's like when i was about 8 and i got the last Guyver video , i couldn't believe that was the end, i mean come on 12eps!!! Well anyway i was just wondering if anyone else felt the same way?

American and Anime shows can be amazing...and they can suck in equal measure, neither is superior to the other.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS THE PERFECT CARTOON, OR THE PERFECT ANIME, BOTH HAVE POSITVES AND NEGATIVES.

Guys, anime series usually last either 13 eps or 26 eps, maybe with some wiggle room (I believe X was 25 eps, Full Metal Panic was 24, etc). That's a fact of anime life. Only rarely do you have a show that transcends that number (GTO, Utena, select Gundam series, and of course Kenshin, Naruto, One Piece and *shudder* DBZ).
Anyway, deal with it. Some shows live on in OVA form, either directly (Love Hina is a good example) or in spirit (Puni Puni Poemi is a 2-ep OVA by the Excel Saga crew that brings back Nabeshin directly, I've heard it described as an hour-long Episode 26).
Oh, Dr. Zar, read Phade's post at the top of this forum about spoiler courtesy. While most every anime fan has seen Cowboy Bebop, there's always a chance that somebody browsing this forum hasn't.

Like me for instance.
*grumbles about people continually trying to spoil the show*

This applies to all series not just anime:
I think some people get attached to a series and wish that it would never end. When it does end, even if its a great ending, they often feel empty. This usually leads to them wanting more. I too feel this sometimes, but after watching endings more than once and understanding that it ended for a reason, I usually move on. There hasn't been a series that I have seen that I didn't feel that a better ending was needed or a contuation made. I often hear people say "Where is the second season of such and such anime". It amazes me that people cant just enjoy what they got to see and cant move on. Personally I much rather see a good series end bad, then a good series continue on and become bad *cough* KENSHIN!*cough*.
