The CG blew balls, it was horribly unispired, the dialogue was hardly 3rd grade level, the animation itself was awful...
It seemed to JUST PLAIN SUCK.
I think you suck. Go back to your Pokeomon and DBZ and leave the mature thoughtful anime to those who can appreciate it.

God you fing disgust me.

Appreciate what?
A horrible attempt at an emotional anime?
No thank you.
Or are you too proud of your "ANIME IS ELITE" attitude to admit that when anime tries something, IT CAN FAIL MISERABLY.
Seriously, can an anime try and match wits with the movie SE7EN?
Can it truely bring out the good and evil of men in the ways Full Metal Jacket and Black Hawk Down did?
I have yet to see any anime do this.

I think the word you're looking for is he
Regardless, it's all good. I'm just hoping not too many people are taking my use the ship instead... thing seriously. I actually quite enjoyed it, great story.
I'm actually thinking it might have been much more interesting if it were on ships and such. Of course that would have raised the difficulty of the project by several degrees.
Can we please give the whole mature and thoughtful a rest. Most of the best series I've seen lately have been anything but mature or thoughtful.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I for one didn't like the anime very much. Yes, it is amazing considering it is one man's work, but still... It just didn't move me like it was obviously supposed to do.

SE7EN was made by how many people and professional crews...?

Voices of a Distant Star was written, animated, and the soundtrack was composed by a single man.

Anyways... :? What is your point....

Quoted for truth.
Except that I was moved at all by it.
