We are now open for submissions. I dont think the rules will be too hard to follow on your part....
rules:
all animes are excepted (no non anime vidoes)
no file size limit
no entering other peoples videos
must of been created in the 2003 timeframe

We are currently looking for supporters and judges.
The current Judges are myself and DBZ Doomrider.

as for what you get if you win? Well ya get a nice shinny sig saying you won. I might add an actual prize later on but being as how we're just coming out of the holidays i'm kinda broke for now.

Well, I wouldn't mind getting my hands on some of those titles... but VCDs?! One could probably get better quality from a downloaded digi/fansub.

well, you tell me a way to keep you the footage in perfect quality and I'll do it. But unfortuantly I dont have the money right now to go out and buy everyone there own orriginal dvd.

You could always just not give out something ILLEGAL as a prize...

Forgot Outlaws Don't Stop maybe need to be downloaded from the 1st indirect link. Because the local download might of cut off the upload and still we can't fix it. Let me know if this okay.

I might have the money for something like that by the time the things over, not sure though. The hours I work durring the month are kinda unpredictable.

Any other suggestions for what a prize could be then? what would you guys want? Ill see if I can get it.

wasn't aware it was illegal, i thoght it only was if it was selling it.
Well if Illegal then I cant be doing that as the prize so ill either a) have to find a legal way of doing something simmilar that I could afford or b) get completly differn't prizes.
