Do students have to wear their uniforms as long as they're on campus, or is it only during school hours?

students usually wear them all the time...

In Japan, it's kinda like an group or status symbol. People identify with their group. Students wear them as long as they're at school or out during normal business time.

Class Hours only, as well for any extra curicular activity. There's an array of seconard uniforms, including cold weather items and rain slickers for the Vanguard.

None really, other then it's a former U.S. Government building. No pirates gold in those sublevels, sorry.
