I was wondering has Phade made any annoucment yet about the Viewer Choice Awards for this year.

Phade can't start the VCAs without the ritual sacrifice of an Outlaw Star fan. Unfortunately, he's short on volunteers, so it looks like we may have to wait a while...

No, but if last year is any reflection, probably around the end of February - check the information on the past VCA deadlines on the 'Member Main' page.
