Puchi Puri Yushi is over

Doubt anyone is watching this but I loved this show. Perhaps the most unique of GAINAX's work and yet still retains some of that classic GAINAX style in shows like FLCL and Abenobashi Magical Shopping District...particularly with Greta's character. The "ending" felt like typical sad/bittersweet almost EVA-like closure but then they decided to make the real final ending happy - go figure. Of course for a series based off their line of Princess Maker games, it's no surprise. Still, very cute and fun to watch, much like Tiny Snow Fairy Sugar.

I'm going through it all again looking for that one good picture of Greta whom GAINAX seems to love as well since most of her battle scenes are done in that limited fast-paced FLCL style animation. Another reason why I like her - she's played by the same actress who does 'Osaka' in Azumanga Daioh!

Hmm, I'll check it out. Of course I'll first finish watching Gunslinger Girl. I doubt it's licensed, right?

Considering Gainax fucks up everything it gets its hands on. Rest in peace mahoro. Petite princess yucie was a good show I hope it does not have an eva or mahoro ending. Magical shopping district was the only Gainax show that even had anything close to a proper end.

Can't comment on gunbuster other than its really old. Nadia by the episode where they first got on the sub I was ready to take that anti meat eating feminist bitch and throw her in a nuclear reactor or slice her throat or tie her to the propeller anything to shut her annoying mouth up so thats as far as I watched.
