I found Kenshin vs Saitou intense int he series.

hmm...other abttles. Naruto vs Haku is fairly good. Whenever I watch Princess Monoke and Lady Aboshi (I murdered that name didnt I?) and Monoke fight, I always yell cat fight.

I think the final fight in the Hellsing series is the best. Just my opinion.

The final fight in 'Twilight of the Dark Master.' ^_^ He took a breath and the bad demon villain blew up. Quickest darn fight I've ever seen aside from one of Hiei's battles (slice and dice in a few seconds flat). Quick and clean. That's my kind of 'fight'.

As for the knock-down drag-out appocalyptic battles...um...Sensui from YYH, including Yusuke's first fight against him, the others' fight against him, and Yusuke's last fight against him. Very long, but not at all boring.

I'm a big G Gundam fan, so I WANT to say the fight between God Gundam and Gundam Spiegel in the tournament at the end...but 'Sturm Und Drang' is the dumbest looking attack ever, no matter how effective it is...

The fights in Texhnolyse are very violent, hardcore affairs. I mean, the main character has his arm cut off, bleeds out a gallon or so of blood, and still manages to get up and almost put his remaining fist through the people who did it to him (till they chop off one of his legs).

Gatts (or Guts, or whatever) and Griffin vs. Nosferatu Zodd.

Man, I picking the violent ones...

i'd have to make note of Kenshin vs. Shishio, but my favorite fight comes from Mobile Suit Gundam: the 08th MS Team between Shiro and Norris at the tail end of the show.

i particularly loved the part when Shiro went bat@$%@ crazy and ripped his Gundam's arm off and started beating Norris' suit with it. classic.
