Star Ocean EX
To start with, I loved the game.
So naturally I've been curious about this show ever since it came out. One friend of mind raves constanly about its greatness, and there a few reviews online so I don't really have much to compare that too. Mainly due to my next question.
Does anyone know if any companies are planning on bringing this over state-side?

I've seen like the first 3 episodes fansubbed, and if you don't watch it fansubbed I highly doubt you're going to be watching it at all. Why? Because even though it's really great and all they for some reason decided not to finish it. I doubt a company wants to pick up an anime that's missing it's ending.

The episodes I've seen are fun...

It was probebly a funding problem, it might not have gone over too well in japan.

I heard in the middle of the show they just canceled it an started making an anime based off of the gameboy sequel Star Ocean: Blue Sphere. If that's true then I doubt it was a funding problem. They released everything from Energy Nede on, on Drama CDs which pretty much means you get to hear everything that happens instead of watching anime. Which also does us no good because it's in japanese.Charizard305 wrote:did they really not finish the series .. i wouldnt know i didnt either ^_^' stupid kazaa .. stupid downloads .. stupid marine corps .. oh, uh, sorry.OzzieArcane wrote:I doubt a company wants to pick up an anime that's missing it's ending.
